By enabling customers to avail Early Wage Access through a user friendly mobile application platform, Valyu.AI is emerging as the go to fintech platform. We are now looking for an experienced sales person, team leader and growth hacker who is ready for a huge challenge alongside a massive opportunity. This is a brand-new team and you will build this grounds up and at a superfast pace. Our sales leader builds sales outreach capability and capacity delivering on revenue goals for Valyu.AI. You will establish the outreach engine through partner and corporate channel for business growth opportunities. As a leader you will be responsible for managing and driving the entire gamut of Sales / Business Development & Distribution activities for the Partner and Corporate vertical for the company. Job Responsibilities : - Defining the sales structure and process by owning the P&amp;L. - Hiring and building a motivated sales team. - Scaling up the Partner / Corporate vertical and setting from ground zero by appointing new partners and corporates. - Establishing an incentive plan for sales teams, and leading closures by example. - You will refine Valyu.AI offering for a target market by generating and calibrating winning proposition by implementing short and long- term sales strategies. - Define a metrics framework to continuously refine the outreach to build a repeatable &amp; predictable revenue engine. - You will work closely with product marketing, revenue leadership, customer success leadership and business heads to create new products through market feedback loop. Desired Candidate Profile : The successful candidate for this very high impact role will : - Be a self-starter with a passion for sales, sales-people. - Able to persuade trees and motivate mountains. - Have exemplary communication skills, boundless energy, strong writing skills, and show strong ownership and commitment. Basic Qualifications and Skills: - You should love selling !! - You will have experience in a leadership role in a high growth SaaS sales team. - You are a great sales recruiter and coach. - You should have built a winning sales team (irrespective of size). - You are a great communicator with ability to listen to the needs of all stakeholders, and then able to communicate your vision to all levels of stakeholders. - You will have very strong numerical, analytical and problem solving aptitude as well as passion for data. - B.Tech. from a top tier technology school with minimum of 10+ years sales/revenue experience. - If you have an MBA Marketing degree and still hungry to build, apply anyway. - Passion for acting on a vision with excellent sense of humor !! - Sales, SaaS and B2B Marketing.
