Title : App Marketing Manager

Location: Delhi - NCR

Responsibilities:

- Manage App install campaigns across Google, Facebook & Programmatic to ensure high-quality user acquisition.

- Run campaigns and meet high ROI objectives

- Should be hands-on at running and managing campaigns, budgets, and ROIs

- Serve as an in-house App expert, develop and maintain App strategy and project plan

- Reporting, analysis and on-going optimization of App campaigns.

- Professional with a proactive attitude with out of the box thinking to find better and scalable solutions for better results

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership

- Tracking the latest trends across digital channels, beta tests and run experiments to see find new opportunities

- Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities

- Ongoing planning and implementation of customer acquisition activities

- Should be extremely analytical, with great knowledge of excel, measuring A/B test results

- Hands-on experience with Attribution tools like Appsflyer.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Engineer and management graduate from a premier college, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in App marketing

- Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and retention

- Proven success in managing App campaigns.

- Experience with Omniture, GA & Appsflyer.

- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Highly energetic and self-motivated

- Results driven - focus on revenue and traffic growth
