Sr. OPT Recruiter

Experience: 3-5 Years.

Timings: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST

Location: Rehaja Mindspace, Hitech City, Hyderabad(Work from Office only)

Required Skills:

- Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp)

- Good sourcing capabilities with Social media, Blogs, and Forums.

- Excellent negotiation/relationship management skills over calls with candidates

- Cold calling

- Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,)

Experience Needed:

- Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates across various IT Technologies

- 3 to 5 years of experience in OPT Recruitment

- Maintaining a database of candidates

- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with consultants and team
