- Financial Control: Develop comprehensive financial controls spanning treasury, compliance, and accounting domains. Craft bespoke Internal Financial Control (IFC)/ Risk Control Matrix (RCM) frameworks tailored to meet the stringent standards, including the Big 6, ensuring adherence to their control mandates. Proactively detect and address potential financial risks, implementing strategic measures to mitigate them effectively. Establish and uphold resilient internal financial control mechanisms to safeguard organizational assets and foster financial stability.

- Advanced Finance Technology Proficiency: Possessing an extensive grasp of data and systems intricacies, adept at constructing dynamic dashboards and streamlined processes handling vast datasets. Proficient in analysing diverse Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions available in the market, with a knack for implementing cutting-edge ERPs to effectively manage business scalability.

- Tax & Compliance: Have a good understanding of TDS, GST, Income tax, FEMA and import regulations to ensure adherence to both direct and indirect tax regulations. Work with subject matter experts in finance to be fully compliance as per the evolving business landscape. Represent the organisation for all key matters related to compliance such as GST audit, scrutiny or notices.

- Stakeholder Communication: Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including AD banks, auditors, direct / indirect tax partners and government. Represent and problem solve with respective stakeholders.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and ownership across the team

- Operational Efficiency: Champion process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

- Mergers & Acquisitions: Play an instrumental role in potential M&A activities, from due diligence to financial modelling and valuation of the business.
