Job description :


Value Research is looking for an ambitious, driven, and hands-on Marketing professional who will conceptualise and drive online marketing strategies for customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Key outcomes include growth in registrations for the website and subscriber base for the subscription services, Digital Magazine subscriptions, and enhancing Brand awareness/ visibility. The position is based in our Noida office.


- This is a pivotal greenfield, opportunity where the incumbent will play a critical role in scaling up the business, particularly as the services are subscription-based viz. Value Research Stock Advisor/ Value Research Mutual Fund Premium Digital magazine subscriptions.


Role Objectives :


- Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to grow online reach and sales of Value Research subscription services


- Drive strategies for online customer engagement, and retention.


- Promotion of Value Research brand and enhancing opinion leadership in our target segment


Key Responsibilities :


- Ideate, build and execute customer lifecycle campaigns to increase conversion, adoption, and retention during various stages of the journey.


Manage the full spectrum of digital marketing activities:


- Marketing Automation


- Content Marketing: social media content roadmap and roll-out


- Google Search and the third party led referrals


- SEO Optimization / Google News


- Paid Campaigns: Campaign goals, planning, execution, and performance analysis


- Enhance brand awareness/ online media presence and visibility/ marketing communication of Value Research across channels


- Event Marketing Plan and implement events to enhance visibility


- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, optimize spends


- Measure ROI and KPIs of the digital marketing activities/ campaigns


- Identify, engage with and manage digital marketing service providers


- Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, content, data inputs, etc.


- Team Management


Required Skills and Experience :


- Overall experience: 4-8 years


- Should have run effective brand and performance digital marketing campaigns, ideally in internet business with retail customers


- Experience in a comparable role where you are coordinating activity across all digital marketing channels, customer acquisition


- Has an analytical, goal-driven, data-driven problem-solving mindset.


- Understanding of subscription-based business models


- Knowledge of the financial services industry is desirable.
