(Industrial domain) VECE MANAGER - PMT Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with procurement, engineering, technology and finance to ideate, prioritize, manage, and execute VE/CE projects and initiatives that generate cost savings, reduce supply risk and improve market offering. - Deliver timely and high-quality flow of project information to key procurement, Engineering, Technology, Operations and business leadership stakeholders. - Lead function in the development of comprehensive VE/CE plans, ensuring 100% alignment to PMT business goals and objectives. - Be capable to present cogently, on a regular basis, results and progress of key VE projects, barriers and help required to PMT senior leadership and broader procurement organization. - Serve as key member on VE teams to help develop business cases, prioritize projects, support resource allocation. - Contribute to the development &amp; continuous Improvement of VE/CE process - Contribution to talent identification &amp; developing technical capabilities within the team. - Identify opportunities for continuous Work Process and Productivity improvements utilizing Six Sigma principles and suggest and implement product and vendor improvement projects. - Be responsible for elements of PMT procurement training on use of contemporary tools such as Ideation tools, Projects prioritization and projects management. - Be able to manage multiple priorities, balance conflicting demands, and effectively address barriers and resistance to change - Build trust by following through on commitments.
