Valuations Role - Advisory Firm

Hiring for Top Advisory Firm - Valuations role (REMOTE WORK)

Looking for candidates with 1-5 yrs of exp in Valuations (Tangible/ Intangible Assets / Real Estate sector).

Working with US-based clients majorly.

- Provide financial consulting services relating to the valuation of Real estate, businesses, intangible assets, and corporate finance-related services.

- Assist in the valuation for regulatory, financial, and tax purposes (ASC 350 - Goodwill Impairment testing, ASC 805 - Purchase Price Allocations and ASC 820- Fair Value Measurement of Portfolio Companies of Venture Capitalists and ASC 946).

- Assist in valuing intangible assets like Trademarks, Technology, Non-Compete Agreements, and Customer Relationships etc.

- Model building and reviewing - discounted cash flow ("DCF") models, guideline public company ("GPC") models and guideline transaction method ("GTM") models.

- Identify comparable companies and compute various transaction related multiples.

- Analyzing financial statements.

- Conducting industry research, writing industry reports and memos.

- Interact with internal clients and communicate with Directors in the United States.

- Assist internal clients on client development and practice development assignments, when required.

- Supervise work of junior staff to ensure high quality of work products.

- May need to work on other Advisory engagements.

Specific Skill Sets Required :

- Strong valuation and financial modeling skills.

- Ability to handle and model large data.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Well organized and able to prioritize multiple client projects appropriately.

- Keen attention to detail.

- Advanced knowledge of various research databases like S&P Capital IQ, Refinitiv and Bloomberg.

- Proficiency in MS office applications, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point.
