Valuation & Investment Analyst - Valuation Advisory Team - KPO

Valuation and Investment Analyst - Delhi/ NCR for one of the largest and very renowned KPO (MNC) in their Valuation Advisory team. CFA /CA/ MBA with 5 - 8 years of experience in complex securities, Fixed income securities, Derivatives, Convertible Notes, Swaps, Warrants, etc.

MBA/ CFA/ CA with 5-8 years of experience in Valuation Advisory division of a KPO, consultancy, advisory or audit firm.

- Strong experience in building & reviewing models for Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), impairment testing and valuation allocation using option pricing models for valuation, business, audit, tax and regulatory purposes.

- Strong experience on valuations using various approaches 409A, OPM, DCF, Relative, SOTP, Purchase, Price Allocation, etc.

- Ability to understand and formalize required end deliverables within defined timelines

- Experience in a Valuation Advisory firm will be preferred
