Key Focus:

- Financial Modelling & Fund-raising, Business & Corporate Planning

- Marketing Strategy, Business Strategy and Project Management

- Operations Management, Finance & Legal due diligence and liaison with multiple teams

- Merger and Acquisitions, Joint Venture Structuring

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the leadership team to establishing and review key strategic priorities and translating them into comprehensive business plans.

- Acting as the key resource for the senior leadership across the group companies

- Driving and influencing the promoters decisions

- Research and prepare business plans, investor presentations, financial models, investment memorandums

- Develop, prepare & implement marketing, creative and business strategies across business verticals

- Lead and liaise with business verticals, both internal and external, for corporate planning, due-diligence, integration and operations management.

- Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals.

- Prepare, maintain and discuss complex and detailed financials and valuation models, business plans, executive summary, investment memorandums.

- Develop sustainable business financial projections for strategy planning.

- Ensure the departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities.

- Plan, lead and execute launch of B2C initiatives and implemented business development, marketing, and brand strategy in B2B and B2C space.
