Position Summary : As part of the consulting team, you will support the delivery effort on strategy &amp; operations consulting projects for global clients. This includes the complete project lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through final implementation. You will also have the opportunity to assist with sales, business development and operations. Specific responsibilities include: - Analyze client data and create project deliverables, conduct in-depth research into various markets and industries - Interview client stakeholders to gather inputs and identify gaps and opportunities - Collaborate with global teams to solve client problems and deliver right-fit solutions to client executives - Build relationships with client stakeholders by helping them manage and resolve various operational issues - Develop negotiation plans and conduct negotiations with third parties - Work with multifunctional teams to implement proposed solutions and drive change management at client organization - Develop financial models, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses etc. to present to key decision makers/stakeholders Requirements : - MBA from tier-1/2 universities - 1-2 years of prior experience in consulting/ supply chain/ operations or strategy - Excited about working in a high-paced environment and has an ownership-driven mindset - Proven problem-solving and time management ability - Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills - Highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily - Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create complex formulas and analyze large data sets) - Good understanding of latest technologies and how they can be used innovatively to solve business problems
