Our team comprises 120+ professionals across Machine Learning, Data Engineering & Cloud expertise. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in analytics, modelling, and statistical analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the analytics domain, with at least 2+ years of modelling experience covering the implementation of various statistical models.

Key Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in the analytics domain

- 2+ years of modelling experience covering the implementation of various statistical models

- Proficiency in scripting and/or programming language, e.g. Advanced Python, R (Optional), Advanced SQL

- Advanced knowledge of data processing, database programming, and data analytics tools and techniques

- Prior experience working with large datasets (100 crores+)

- Extensive background in data mining, modelling, and statistical analysis (e.g. Linear and logistic regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.)

- Ability to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation

- Applied logistic/linear regression concepts in real-world scenarios

- Ability to self-start and work self-directed in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data

- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, developing statistical models, and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.

- They will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions
