Job Description :
We are on the look out for a talented Director of Operations to join our team. This is a multi-disciplined client-facing role to support the operations of testing and supplements businesses, whilst ensuring good retention levels across the business.
This position will be based in Dubai
In this role you will :
- Set up and oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
- Manage the end-to-end home care operations and in-app test results for the customers.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency, commercial optimisation, and increased productivity.
- Set up and oversee operations for new country and city expansion.
- Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Partner with the Finance team on reconciliations and invoice payments across suppliers including laboratories, agencies for tech, digital marketing, logistics etc.
- Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
- Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Supports back-office and firm-wide training programs, reinforcing tech and operations infrastructure between departments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
