Dynamic Sales Pro Wanted :

Vakilsearch is a technology-driven platform disrupting the professional services industry in India. Our mission is to provide a lawyer in every pocket, one happy customer at a time.

What We're Looking For :

- We are on the hunt for someone who will take charge and own the sales of our SaaS product for lawyers, which is currently in stealth mode. The product will change the way the law is practised in India, and will make lawyers 50% more productive, reducing wasteful time spent and increase billings. It is important to note that there is no product even close to ours in terms of features and capabilities.

- The responsibilities will include building the sales team, setting targets based on company goals and over-achieving targets on a consistent basis.

- Success in this role means the over-achievement of targets for deployments, and getting at least 10,000 lawyers to start paying for the product by April, 2017.

Requirements :

- 4-6 years of relevant sales experience in a high pressure environment like insurance or banking

- Deep knowledge and understanding of sales process and sales team management

- Experience in promotion and/or marketing a strong plus

- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven

- Agile and able to adapt quickly

- A love of thinking outside the box and developing creative/innovative solutions

- Experience working in a start-up is a plus
