Vakilsearch - Associate Lawyer - General Corporate & Regulatory

We are looking for corporate lawyers with 1-2 years PQE of working with any firm/ in-house team/ research center in subject matters relating to corporate laws, regulatory approvals, technology and company laws.

Qualification:

- The candidate must be a graduate of law with proficiency in drafting.

- Fluency in speaking English and Hindi is a must.

Any of the following skills will be preferred:

- Experience of advising startups/ corporates on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters; and/or

- Drafting of contracts, negotiations, due diligence of commercial transactions.

- Research and advisory on Companies Act, Information Technology laws, investment laws etc.

- Basic understanding of intellectual property laws to advise technology based startups

Job Requirements:

Job location is in Bangalore.

- 5 days work from the office. 2 Saturdays working in a month.

- We are looking for lawyers who have the ability to advise startups/ SMEs and break down complex legal issues in a concise and precise manner.

- The candidate should possess the ability to work diligently without much supervision and handholding.
