Luxury Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Capability to pitch to and engage high-end customers who come from segments like business men, Investment Bankers, CXO's, doctors & industrialists.
- Expert in building relationships and eye for detail on sales closure
- Graduate/PG in any Specialization
- Candidate must have previous experience of sales in a luxury project where the average ticket size is not less than 4 crs in the last 2/4 years
Technical Skills Required: - Client acquisition and relationship management
- Property marketing and promotion/s
- Market research and competition mapping
- Negotiation & sales closing
- Interpersonal & presentation skill
