Vaillant Capital Partners - Senior Analyst - Investments - CA/CFA

We are a Mumbai based investment and advisory firm focused across private equity and venture capital investments. We are now seeking a smart and super charged Senior Analyst for our investment team as per below details.

Educational Qualification:

- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or fully qualified CFA candidates who completed the qualification in 2015 and onwards.

Personal Attributes:

- Go getter and proactive attitude.

- Fluent communication skills - written and verbal.

- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

Experience:

- Between two and four years of direct experience in investment banking (M&A) with a mid sized investment bank or an established boutique firm.

- Evaluation of financial statements with strong experience in building financial models.

- Preparation of collaterals including investment documents, pitch books and IMs.
