Responsibilities :
- Strategic Alignment : Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business goals, contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.
- Talent Acquisition : Lead full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top-tier talent specialized in geotechnical engineering and sensor technology.
- Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor, managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management : Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and career development programs to maximize employee potential.
- HR Policy Development : Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company culture.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skill sets.

Requirements :
