Recruitment Manager


Primary Responsibility :


Responsible to manage and lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters to achieve the required level of service to internal customers. He will be fully responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations. Further, he will be liable to solve all issue evolving during hiring job vacancies and takes all managerial decisions.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Managing End to End Talent Acquisition Globally

- Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs

- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization

- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes

- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance

- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs

- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures

- Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques

- Process and track applicant job submissions

- Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets

- Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team

- Builds a quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies

- Train and supervise recruiters in the correct company processes

- Strong working knowledge of all social networks

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. OM & Reporting:

- Direct Reporting to Head- HR/ Corporate HR

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements :

1. Bachelor or above degree, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline

2. Minimum 12 years working experience in Human Resources

3. High degree of proficiency in MS Office functions and experience in using HRIS will be advantageous

Mandatory Skills :

1. Fluency in written and spoken English

2. Effective People Management skills for interaction with clients, visitors and fellow staff members

3. Some experience in Strategic HR roles - Creating job descriptions, managing compensation study

4. Discretion and Integrity

5. Attention to detail at all times

6. Good timekeeper

7. Flexibility in working hours

8. Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative

9. Good listener

Preferred Skills:

1. Ability to lead a team

2. Negotiation skills

3. Experience in recruitment and training will be preferred
