Fashion Jewelry Buyer: Online Bridal Jewelry Merchandiser (Online Personalized Jewelry Merchandiser)

Then joining the Shop LC merchandising team will be the place for you! As a key member of the Merchandising team, the 0nline Bridal Jewelry Merchant will focus on developing and selecting the right merchandise mix to exceed our customer expectations.

Essential job responsibilities:

- Source and develop new jewelry products and business opportunities for Web Exclusive products and categories within (Bridal) Jewelry

- Research jewelry forecasting trends as well as recognize forward trends and interpret for customer base. Evaluate market trends and suggest new product development or changes to the existing product line for web exclusive products

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure arrival of new product.

- Work closely with the E-Commerce team on ensuring the brand pages and product pages are executed for the customer

- Manage multiple projects from inception to product launch, as well as any post launch issue resolution

- Drive sourcing efforts around desired pricing and product needs, negotiate costs with factories as needed and ensure cost structure meets margin goals.

- Show creativity and resourcefulness to come up with solutions to issues which may arise during the development process and/or in anticipation to issues which may come up in launch of new products

You will bring:

- Minimum 3 years of buying and/or product development, E-Commerce experience preferred

- Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and obstacles in an organized and structured way. Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

- Detail oriented with great organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.

- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of Product Development timelines and processes including international sourcing experience

- Independent decision maker but will utilize team consensus or collaboration when appropriate.

- Excellent financial, analytical, problem solving/decision making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact-based decisions with confidence.

- Ability to work in low cost, high output 24/7 work environment keeping the customer first and foremost

- A positive and professional attitude with a team-player outlook and an outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.

- The ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment, think critically, manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.
