Production Analyst : - Oversees, monitors, and coordinates production team activities as they pertain to the strategic planning process to include individual ranch performance and overall team's achievement of established goals working closely with Head of production - Responsible for generation of production metrics, while providing insight and analysis on trends to drive more informed business decisions. - Collect, review and analyze department reports to ensure strategic goals and objectives are being met. - Review and consolidate production supply models for each berry type. - Provide department leaders with production information and analysis data as requested. - Drive the budget process to ensure timely, effective and realistic budgets are being submitted. - Work on project teams and provide data and metrics as necessary for review and evaluation to include ROI analysis.
