Roles and Responsibility :

- Market intelligence - understand market dynamics and do benchmark, monitoring market trends and investment portfolios

- Network with a relevant community of investors and start-ups to increase awareness of the organization

- Identify opportunities - find relevant opportunities in the selected category/industry at an early stage and constantly track the understanding and key events

- Represent Jivika brand across forums - both formal and informal.

- Active participation in the investors community - Angel Investors, VCs & Private Equity Fund Houses

- Work on fundraising strategy/tactics, pitching, investor scouting and selection, and closing Series A, B, C, D, E rounds

- Measure engagement metrics and monitor outcomes

- Work with the content and SEO team in drafting various articles, blogs, and other posts to attract the interest of investors' community

- Analyzing previous investment decisions and generating key takeaways

- Conducting meetings with investors and management throughout the year

- Taking care of all compliances required to close the fund raise rounds with respective investors

- Lead all due diligence and audits conducted by investors as part of closing the deal

- Producing complex financial models for integration into decision-making processes

- Compiling financial data into reports for other team members and stakeholders

- Maintaining investor's relationship

- Identifying critical areas of business performance for other stakeholders

- Reporting discrepancies and issues to senior team leaders when they arise

- Working within a dynamic team environment

Must Have:

- Experience working in Fund Houses: Angle Investment Firm / VC / Private Equity

- Graduate/MBA with relevant work experience of 2-5 years

- Experience of closing more than 1 fund raise deal from structuring to closing Pre-Series A / Series A / Series B

Required Skills :

- Strong mathematical and numerical skills

- Proficiency in data collection and analysis

- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and problem-solving skills

- Good understanding of business concepts and ability to understand and drive investment thesis

- Thorough understanding of financial analysis and investment strategy

- Commercial insight and understanding of business metrics and structure to build a preliminary understanding of any business

- Must have Accuracy and diligence
