- Lead in creating and activating the seasonal assortment plans aligned with long and short- range plans, and revenue and margin targets and brand goals
- Manage independent suppliers, budgets and timelines for the apparel business
- Drive best processes and maintains seasonal development and production calendars
- Manage SKU efficiencies in relationship to sales and production MOQ requirements
- Present product information to key internal and external groups in a comprehensive, clear and tactical manner. Come armed with research, data points and preparedness on category lines
- Have handled a category in Retail or E commerce domain
- To understand the trend for the upcoming seasons and to plan sourcing to meet the requirements
- To work closely with Production and PD team- Lead in creating and activating the seasonal assortment plans aligned with long and short- range plans, and revenue and margin targets and brand goals
