- Responsible for identification, selection and implementation of enterprise level, end-to-end business systems that are best suited for the business.
- Work closely with all external representatives to ensure effective and efficient IT support across all stakeholders.
- Maintain relationship with key product solution IT organizations/3rd party vendors/Service providers.
- Understanding the business requirements from internal stakeholders and hence, creating product requirements documents and getting the project implemented within time-lines and costs.
- To identify solutions and opportunities to improve organizational performance. Evaluate customer's requirements, prepare and present proposals, design and deliver solutions
- Participate and lead initiatives related to the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of all Applications, SAP, Telephony, Personal Computing and Mobile Devices
- Work with Manufacturer and 3rd Party Vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems as needed.
- Establish and follow all IT standards, procedures, and policies in regards to security and operational efficiencies and control.
- Works closely with the IT staff, and business users to plan, purchase, and implement technological solutions
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
