- Should demonstrate proven ability to work with senior management to integrate the human resource function effectively with the overall business operating strategy.
- Partner with Business Heads of various businesses in manpower planning, budgeting and strategic hiring plans for PAN India recruitments.
- Should be proficient in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent mapping and screening, reference checks, talent prospecting, developing job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, offer negotiation, career pathing etc.
- Should be experienced in job design, workforce planning, strategic staffing, talent acquisition, performance management, rewards management, employee engagement, handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, guidance on issues/policy interpretation etc.
