V-Mart Retail - Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Management (5-12 yrs)
- Design, manage and ensure implementation of a comprehensive, fair and transparent robust performance management system for corporate and store level employees.
- Train and assist all employees, appraisers and reviewers on all aspects of the PMS - from goal setting to performance review and L&D need identification
- Planning the performance review cycle and ensuring its adherence by all employees, managers and their respective function heads
- Implement processes, templates and checks to ensure timely collection of performance data and feedback.
- Presenting alternatives on the performance guidelines - parameters, ratings and distribution, performance / increment grid and cost implications to leadership
- Creating necessary documentation on the performance management system
- Collate, analyze and compare compensation and benefits across competition and regions to design the C&B policy for the organization
- Designing and presenting alternatives on C&B strategy, structure, policy and its cost implications to leadership
- Designing and presenting alternatives on incentive programs
- Develop employee career management and growth framework
- Engage with functional teams to identify functional areas which are essential for growth and develop career paths
- Facilitate movement of individuals within and outside the function as per the career management framework, individual performance and employee aspirations
- Maintain effective relationship with managers and officers within the function ensure teamwork with related functions
