V-Mart Retail - Manager/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (10-15 yrs)
- Responsible for managing the entire gamut of task in recruitment process and life-cycle. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts and assessment of employees for different retail operations roles at store level.
- Develop recruitment strategy while considering job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent planning.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process and function, staffing for assigned openings, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Reconciliation for the headcount and manpower budgets for all stores on PAN India basis.
- Partner with teammates, business leaders and external partners to design and deliver talent acquisition and internal mobility solutions for all store level employees.
- Coach, lead and develop direct reports and project teams to ensure successful execution of programs and initiatives
- Determine and recommend the most effective recruitment strategies that will provide quality candidates in a timely and cost efficient manner. Mitigate any hiring risk associated.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles in all the stores
- Sourcing candidates through employee referrals, social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing, and developing talent pool
- Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Develop and execute campus recruitment and management trainee programs for ASM/SM positions at store level
- To be an internal Brand ambassador and run campaign like campus / network in external forums
- Develop relationships with recruitment vendors/agencies and staffing firms, as and when required
- Revise current and/or develop new processes related to staffing, and driving recruitment continuous process improvement initiatives and programs
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of recruitment activity and metrics
- Collaborate with internal support team to facilitate the smooth on-boarding process
- Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge on all equal employment opportunity regulations.
- Develop and maintain professional consultative and collegial relationships across the operations function through understanding of our various business needs and requirements and identification of value add talent strategies
