- Create sprints for project based on requirements & estimated timelines

- Monitor and track progress of tasks in sprints

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders & partners/vendors for the execution of projects

- Facilitate project discussions, capture & circulate minutes

- Gather inputs & update task status

- Prepare project performance dashboards

- Maintain sprint execution velocity

- Document lessons learned on sprint completion
