Roles & Responsibilities-
- Plan and develop attractive Sales Promotions Calendar that motivates and engages the Sales organization to ensure achievement company targets :
- Propose and design a creative theme for each month.
- Preparation of dockets, communication of the same to the regional team as well as channel partners
- Design and create a promotional calendar.
- Analyze effectiveness of previous years promotions, data received from internal team and and feedback gathered from the Channel and Sales team
- Finalize the products to be included in the promotions, ensuring the budget and profit levels are met
- Managing end-to-end for own and alliance led promotions :
- Negotiation with the vendors.
- Handle activation and implementation of programs Event Management.
- Support in developing concept, design, creative and execution of the promotional metrical planned throughout the year :
- Help the team through creative inputs and be a part of the execution.
- Plan, procure and initiate movement of the gifts/ collaterals
Skills Required-
1) Must have handle Marketing Budget of 3-4 Cr/Year.
2) Must have take care of Zonal Marketing.
3) Should have good negotiation Skills.
4) Should have deep knowledge about offset, OOH & Printing Material.
5) Should have a knowledge of Activations & Innovative Ideas.
6) Must have opened Multiple NSO's and must have ideas of Rural Marketing
