- Manage Beauty & Personal Care Category (Hair care, Skin care, Feminine care, Oral Care), Food & Gourmet & Household.
- Planning and executing primary market study, Sourcing and vendor development for FMCG
- Ensuring timely dispatch / receiving of materials and follow up with suppliers for the same
- Keeping track of trade free goods and CD terms. Monitoring the return / replacement process of goods for expired, damaged and dead stock to suppliers
- Monetization as well as space selling through Ads feature and achieving the month on month target.
- Stakeholder management, Collaborating with Supply chain and merchandising team to come up with new areas of business growth and new promotion initiatives
- Competition benchmarking and regular market visits to understand offline trend and competition pricing.
- Bring in the relevant assortment, design targeted promotions, manage partners including sellers and brands
- Anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional road map and drive a major change or enhancement for customer experience
- Planning and execution of new product lines for the category and curating ranges to be promoted in print media keeping in view the customer demands and market trends.
- Formulate merchandising and promotional activity across all platforms (WEB, WAP, and APP) for brands and private labels.
- Creating a deal product bucket and merchandising them to get projected sales and units.
- Enhancing the customer experience for the category promoted stores by initiating, leading and providing inputs on designing the store- front pages and re-visiting them as per season or festivities
