- Track the growth in sales through marketing activities and present the ROI to management ,Create opportunities to capitalize on revenue at store level

- Tracking underperforming Stores using Analytics to execute Store improvement plans

- Define and implement product specific brand management strategy &Maximize brand reach to target market.

- Bring the brand to life by working with its core visual excellence, visual disciplines, styling and set tone of voice of stores and manage creative designing, BTL, ATL, Media planning , loyalty. Ensure standardization and consistency of looks

- Partners with Merchandising to ensure brand consistency while addressing product assortment variances, to adapt seasonal advertising campaigns

- Source/procure international/local VM equipment

- Ensure on time and aligned activities planned based on Season/Festivals/Weddings/EOSS

- Driving Footfall to the store with effective BTL Activations & Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets,

- Capture Competition analysis, customer feedback/output of such activation programs, incorporate feedbacks in plans.

- Enhance customer experience by facilitating best in class in-store communication.

- Directs and Manages new store opening visual merchandising process & Drive the Sales enhancement focus through VM & Marketing in New Stores less than 1 year.

- Design systems and processes to monitor the store level expenses and ensure that they are within the defined limits

- Maintain effective relationship within the function ensure teamwork with related functions

- Drive Right Culture & Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision and improve the score of VM & Marketing

- Develop, Coach and upgrade skills of the team. Keep abreast of worldwide trends in marketing, visual merchandising and store Design Ensure that staff are developed, trained, motivated, evaluated for job performance
