Deputy Manager - Project Management - Understand business context, processes including policies & rules, exhibit problem-solving ability, and develop insight based on in-depth analytics. - Demonstrate an inquisitive and curious mindset, ability to think through the problem statement and the proposed solution and ability to ask the right data and get relevant analytics produced. - Work along our leaders and subject-matter experts in shaping and documenting our product & analytics based strategy and roadmap. - Capability to understand high level technology architecture & effectively communicate with developers, data engineers & data scientists. - Produce exceptional presentations for management approvals on program objectives, strategic approach, deliverables & financial impact. - Ability to evaluate technology partners and tools to solve business problems and make it future ready. - Provide the right priorities to our development team and continuously test and monitor the progress. - Facilitate management decisions on digital program through relevant project status updates (presentations) against milestones, budgets, quality, risks and benefits. - Build competencies and transfer knowledge to team, increasing the awareness and the adoption of our digital products and services. - Proactively scout and propose new ways of leveraging technology, data and ML techniques to innovate our service portfolio and build new offerings. Key Skills and Attributes : - Demonstrable evidence of several years project management experience covering full project lifecycle deliveries. - Prince2, ITIL, MSP, Agile Project Management or other recognized project management qualifications preferable. - Software Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science degree or equivalent subject matter of study. - An engineering mindset, mixed with a strong business acumen, design thinking, data and analytics hands-on experience is strongly preferred. - A genuine interest to technology strategy domain, with relevant previous experience is considered a plus. - Ability to produce clear and concise verbal/written communication and data presentation (e.g., functional requirements, project/program requirements, data flow diagrams and roadmap, etc.) - Extensive working experience in fast-paced environments, highly collaborative and adaptable to work in multiple workstreams, preferably in large management consulting organizations. - Extremely comfortable with dealing with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities. - A strong desire to solve problems and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment. - Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
