V-Guard - Studio Manager - Brand & Communications

- Responsible for managing a team of in-house designers, external design agencies and ensure that the artwork is delivered to the branches and other internal stakeholders within the agreed timelines adhering to guidelines, stipulations and regulations

- Should have a creative & instinctive ability to develop engaging and meaningful visual communication.

- Coordinate with designers both internally and externally in designing creative communication tools such as packaging and related collaterals, presentations, reports, brochures, other marketing collaterals and create an effective feedback mechanism.

- Work with divisional SPOC's of the respective product categories to collect & interpret design brief, conceptualize and execute packaging related design requirements.

- Should work as a part of the larger team which might include liaising with printers, copy writers, photographers, & external design partners.

- Ensure that the SOP's and brand related guidelines are being followed and strictly adhered to.

- Create a framework/structure to ensure proper time management and deployment of resources including the in-house design team.

- Leading multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with the agreed timelines.

- Support the BTL team in the conceptualization and design of innovative POSM and retail branding designs.

- Ensure timely billing and oversee agency partner payments.

- Guide and groom the internal design team with structured inputs

- Ability to understand and appreciate guidelines and regulations imposed by external authorities and adhere to the same

- A sound knowledge about the packaging design domain

- Ability to check and approve printing material, proof in accordance with brand guidelines

Requirements:

- Should be solution oriented

- Experience of handling 360-degree marketing campaigns would be an added advantage.

- A strong working knowledge of Adobe suite - Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign etc

- Team player, Ability to work under pressure, Strong interpersonal skills

- Good communication skills
