Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal, safety and Quality standards.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data
- Training and managing team in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
- Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the customers needs.
- Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
- RM Vendor Quality Improvement through continuous follow up and project implementation
- Early Life failures Monitoring.
- Customer Connects / Advocacy Initiatives
- Up-dation of Quality Dashboard
- Participating in External regional level Awards
- Motivate and coach the team to operational success
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Min.10 ~12 Yrs. experience in Quality with at-least 7~8 yrs. Experience in Inverters/Stabilizer Manufacturing Industry.
- Product & Critical Parts (PCB & Transformers) Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge of establishing new process w.r.t Assembly line / PCB line
- Strong influence skills

- Six Sigma (GB/BB Preferable)
- Travelling required (At vendors, customers, HO office etc.)
