DGM/Sr. Manager-Transformations & Strategic Planning

- To be part of the 'Corporate Strategy' team & will report to Corporate Strategy Head/ Team Lead

- Conceiving, defining and driving organizational/functional transformation initiatives at V-Guard in consultation with senior team

- Involve/lead Corporate Planning/ Strategic Planning/ Annual Planning/ budgeting along with Finance & Other relevant teams

- Work with relevant teams in areas like Category / Product Strategy development and linking the same to strategic plans/agenda

- Expected to be handle quantitative analysis, financial analysis & benchmarking, financial modeling, MIS, project management & analytics

- As strategy team member, work closely with key departments/ functions like Marketing, Finance, Costing, Supply Chain and Production as part of initiatives

- Interact and collaborate with external consultants in case of strategic initiatives/projects and ensure result delivery

- Understand specific issues, develop internal initiatives aimed at solving/ optimizing existing business processes & resources, debottlenecking or streamlining activities with the objective of value creation

- Project Management of strategic / operational initiatives taken up by the Strategy Team

- Exposure to various tools, methodologies and approaches in corporate /strategic planning in organizations would be an added advantage
