UX/UI Lead Designer - Mining Industry

1. 8 - 12 years of experience in UX/ UI Design

2. Professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

3. Experience in Mining industry will be added advantage.

4. Candidate should be familiar with various BI reporting, analytics & visualization products such as: Power BI, Splunk, Grafana, Ignition IIoT or others.

Skill sets required:

- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

- Strong understanding of user experience design

- Fluent in user-centered design best practices

- Excellent communication skills and empathy for the user

- Ability to collaborate with different teams

- Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data

- Knowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Adobe or equivalent)

Qualification:
