- The role holder will be responsible for leading the Experience Design CoE at a global level

- The role holder will be responsible for building and eventually delivering a strong pipeline of projects into significant improvements in UX and CX

- Lead the Global Experience Design CoE

- Develop a strong pipeline of UX/CX projects at an enterprise level

- Maintain strategic vendor partnerships

- Partner across business units to transform the business vision into a flawless UX journey

- Lead a team of internal designers and storytellers as well as external vendor resources

Profile

- Female candidates preferred

- 15+ years of total experience

- Experience leading multi-capability teams at a global level

- Experience in UX tools like Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.

- Good communication skills
