- Provides leadership and support in functional areas of human resources including recruitment, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, and special projects.   - Serves as a strategic and tactical business partner to the Plant leadership team.  - Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.   Reports to the Head Plant HR at the location  Desired Skills:   Education : Post Graduate degree with Specialization in HR (Full Time Two Year Degree)  Experience : 0 - 3 years   Requires:  - Can do attitude and ability to handle end to end responsibility   - Should be able to act as the Trusted advisor for the Business Head and HR head   - Must demonstrate proven leadership and effective change agent to implement strategic initiatives   - Must possess effective project management skills and ability to influence at all levels of organization   - Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
