Sr. Product Manager Role : You will join a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products (App) aligned with the company's vision and strategy. Responsibilities: - Understand customer needs and gather product requirements. - Own the entire product life cycle for products from inception, strategic planning, delivery to live launch, post-launch tracking and ongoing product management, enhancement, and development. - Conceptualize new product initiatives by working with business stakeholders and create business impact through effective planning, business analysis and operational data metrics, and by driving execution with business and technology team. - Analyzing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements. - Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution. - Lead, manage & coordinate with concerned teams toward product-related targets & milestones. - Work closely with the tech, design, content, and business team to build and launch the product, engage and retain users. - Work closely with the tech teams on prioritization of tasks & projects for every sprint. - Should create prototypes and flow charts/user flow diagrams. - Good understanding of web designs - ability to tell a good design from a bad one. Desired Skills & Experience : - Experience in developing and evolving products; A record of successful product delivery. - Prior experience in building products from scratch- have seen a 0 to 1 journey of product development and taking it to the market. - Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams. - Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills. - MBA / Engineering from Tier 1 institutes. - 3-7 years of experience in product management post MBA/Engineering. - High problem-solving and customer-centric mindset. - Smart, Hungry, and Entrepreneurial. - Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment. - Strong passion for data-driven decision making i.e. extremely high focus on analytics.
