Strategic Assistance:
- Assist the COO in daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Utilize MySQL and data analysis skills to drive strategic insights and initiatives.
Effective Financial Oversight:
- Work closely with Finance to monitor and manage project budgets.
- Optimize financial resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Thorough Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare concise progress reports and updates for the COO.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and decisions.
- Offer recommendations based on thorough analysis and insights.
Ensuring Quality and Alignment:
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Align project outcomes with company objectives and values.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.
Product and IT Support:
- Possess a deep understanding of the company's product offerings.
- Provide support for IT-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Postgraduate/Graduate from a top-tier Premier Institute with 3-7 years of experience in program management/operations.
- Proven experience in driving revenue/marketing/operations, ideally in a fast-paced working environment; Prior experience in leading a team.
- Excellent written, communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get the work done.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks independently.
- Ability to define and complete work within deadlines.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Suite MS Excel, and G-Sheets (SQL is a plus).
