Utico - Program Manager

Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company's services as an app-based business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.

- Lead strategic planning to achieve company's goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all app-based services.

- Establish and supervise an application deployment, quality assurance, Performance Profiling and Release Management process

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including app-based application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company services.

- Communicate the company's technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.

- Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements

Requirements:

- Qualification: Btech/ BE from a good institute and out of the box thinking. (Full stack development, mobile app development)

- Preferred Domain exposure: Any experience working in start-ups, Fin-Tech companies, e-commerce, internet/tech companies and retail companies would have a definite advantage.

- Problem solver: You excel at understanding and solving complex problems. You have astonishing attention to detail. Have good leadership skills.

- Surprisingly efficient: You get a lot done quickly and can translate your skills into new processes that your team will follow.
