JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overlooks & monitors the entire gamut of IR/HR activities and responsible for identifying gaps in processes, advising the Operations Manager on people related matters.
- Responsible for manageing IR Issues at Unit level and ensures smooth operations.
- Developing sound & transparent ER practices and manage Employee Relations.
- Manage and coordinate HR Team to ensure smooth operation of all the HR activities within the plant.
- Responsible for managing all talent Acquisition activities at unit level.
- Coordinate/Ensure all employee engagement activities as per the corporate plan.
- Managing entire performance management system at unit level.
- Coordinate/Ensure all L&D initiatives to impart trainings.
- Key role is to be in constant touch with service providers and neighbouring industries pertaining to IR issues and take necessary preventive action to avoid such instances
- Ensure the compliance of statutory provisions.
- Create an infrastructure to effectively manage local labour issues.
- Doing research on local labour markets where we are working on for obtaining new business.
- Monitors the Monthly HR MIS /Attendance /Inputs for Payroll processing
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Candidate with full time MBA or equivalent Master’s Degree in a reputed institute.
- 10 - 15 years of HR Generalist experience in Human Resources, including Staffing/Recruiting, Performance Management, Employment laws, Employee Relations and IR.
- Preferably from Warehousing & Logistics and any manufacturing industry.
- Ideal Age of 32 – 38 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Willing to work flexible hours (all Saturdays are working too apart from stretch hours)
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Must have own conveyance
