Role Proficiency

Job Description

Under supervision be responsible for contributing to formulation and effective implementation of a variety of human resources processes for multiple processes or geographies. Also function as an individual contributor; performing activities related to HR Operations.


- Assist in providing full range of HR operations support to multiple accounts multiple processes or geographies

- Under guidance from Managers exercise independent judgment to approve policy deviations involving the subsystem

- Help the managers to prepare and manage financial budgets and resource forecasts for the subsystem or team

- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws while carrying out the various operational activities

- Assist in investigations of employee grievances in a timely manner

- Encourage team to recommend improvements focused on operational efficiency scalability and enhanced employee experience and provide these recommendations to leadership periodically

Measures Of Outcomes

- Accuracy and speed of service delivery in all areas of the specialised function

- Meeting of timelines and quality of resolution for processes handled

Vendor performance

- Multi-tasking ability based on efficiency in the given assignment

Employee Experience:

- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits


- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objective

Vendor Management

- Assist in making purchasing decisions on vendor or consultancy services relating to the subsystem

Support To HR Specialist Groups

- Assist the SME teams in decision making on HR functional areas (compensation & benefits employee relations training performance management HR systems)

- Support the SME teams in managing their operational work

- Work cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders to generate content ideas

Administrative Task

- Ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiency in a timely manner

- Responsible for managing HR Operations pertaining to end to end employee life cycle for the organization. On-boarding/ Induction Employee Engagement Employee relations /communications Performance Management HR Policies & Processes Employee Satisfaction Survey Rewards & Recognition Culture Diversity & Inclusion

- Driving employee experience like timely issuance of accurate appointment letters offer letters relieving letters timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves Insurance compensation HR policies etc.

- Oversee the monthly quarterly year-end and any ad hoc reports pertaining to Talent Management initiatives

- Design assessment processes and materials

- Conduct HR trend analysis and reporting metrics to drive continuous operational improvement
