Position- Project Manager ( Java Platform)  Experience- 8 to 12 years  Salary- 10 to 18 LPA  Notice Period- 15-20 days  Your Responsibility   - Own and manage Jira boards and keep them up-to-date   - Should have started carrier as Java Developer ad then progressed as Project Manager as we are looking people with hands on experience in Java platform.  - Followup on stories, tasks and defects   - Run standup meetings   - Weekly status reporting about progress from various scrum teams   - Manage collaboration between various teams   - Groom and triage stories and tasks and epics along with the PM and EMs   - Coach and practice Agile Scrum practices and values within the team and in the broader group   - Facilitate planning, Agile rituals, functional discussions, program decisions and conflict resolutions   - Interact with Walmart engineering and product teams across geographies to leverage expertise and align on dependencies.   - Build agile maturity within the organization.   Your Qualifications   - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Science with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Masters with 4- 5 years of relevant experience   - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Agile principles and practices   - Good experience working in a Product delivery model   - Past experience as a developer. A strong technical mindset needed.   - Passion for quick learning and adapting in a fast-paced global environment   - Strong sense of ownership, focus on quality, responsiveness, efficiency and innovation   - Strong verbal and written communication skills   - Proven track record in stakeholder management across geographies   - Great communication skills, ability to work with other teams and people   Our Ideal Candidate :  We are seeking a highly technical and experienced PM who has a proven track record in managing complex technical product and who is passionate about end to end project delivery.
