UST Global is a mid size leading provider of end-to-end IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies.
Position – Bid Manager / Presales
Experience – 5 to 10 years of experience, with minimum of 2 years post MBA experience in working in Business Development / Presales / Bid Management, with involvement in handling RFXs in the IT Services industry.
Experience with a tier-1 IT service provider preferred.
Education -MBA Mandatory, BE / BTech Preferred
Location – Kochi
Domain – Healthcare, Retail, BFS, Insurance, Manufacturing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the end-to-end sales cycle process
- Leading/ participating in RFX response preparation, which includes understanding the RFXs requirements, asking pertinent questions (wherever applicable), contribute to preparing the solution - presenting capabilities, experience, solutioning and pricing, and authoring the response
- Good communication skills with an ability to interact seamlessly with global audience
- Building business cases and conceptualizing value proposition for business opportunities – Good experience in financial analysis
- Ability to meet targets and commitments - responding to RFXs in a timely manner
- Preparing and maintaining collateral for the delivery and account teams (case studies, brochures, white papers, presentations)
- Preparing and maintaining collaterals like case studies, brochures , white papers and presentations
- Closely working with different teams within the organization – Account, Delivery, Services/ Consulting, Sales and others
- Keep track of business trends in the vertical and build mindshare in the area through domain initiatives, participation and contribution to international/national forums and white papers
