JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic solutions sales professional who is looking to grow his/her career in technical solutions sales. The selected person will play an integral role in the business development and sales process. He/She will work closely with the company director to identify, qualify, and cultivate new clients for the company's products and services. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ability to convert sales leads into opportunities and successfully close deals - Generate new business leads through networking and cold calling - Determine customer needs through requirements assessment and mapping customer requirements to our solution set and development capabilities - Suggest &amp; negotiate costs for relevant products and services - Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI- s) - Engage with relevant team members to assess opportunities and technically present solutions - Maintain healthy relationship with customers and prospects - Stay informed, build trust and focus on the right people and companies SKILLS REQUIRED: - Customer focused - Good understanding of the technical sales process - Ability to present products clearly and determine best fit for client - Technical understanding of Web and Mobile solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale - Should be able to manage the company's marketing strategies both from a business sales and technical perspective - Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills - Experience in complete solution sales, preferred MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: - Possess a very broad and deep level of knowledge and understanding of selling Web and - Mobile technology solutions - Demonstrate ability to effectively position and convey the merits of our software solutions to customers and prospects - Be self-motivated and comfortable in a position that grants autonomy - Achieve success with little management or guidance - Have outstanding speaking and writing skills - Be able to translate technical advantages into business benefits - Endeavour to grow the company's sales and marketing capability by mentoring and growing sales team QUALIFICATIONS: - MBA in Sales / Marketing - At least 3 years of experience in solutions sales in a technology-focused role
