Trade Shopper Marketing professional for PAN India role based out of Gurgaon A - Brand Strategy formulation and execution - Define and formulate observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities. - Manages category captainships or advisor-ships B - Increase of Customer Engagement - Manages performance of P-spend, within the integrated framework and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation, both on- and offline. - Optimizes (offline/online) shelve (portfolio, price points, promotions), owning instore and online excellence execution to drive brand preference, increase conversion and basket size C - Conceptualization and Execution of ATL / BTL - Strategize, plan & execute GTM strategies for new launches & re-launches. - Lead visual merchandising agenda for In-shop excellence & premium brand experience - Conceptualize & execute BTL campaigns with a focus to link with ATL, digital media - Design & lead category trainings for internal sales team focusing on-Product introduction, competition benchmarking, demo spiel etc. D - Participation of Consumer Survey for enhanced Shopper experience - Own & deliver customer engagement programs to drive premium portfolio & build category awareness - Conduct shopper surveys to understand brand salience E - Budgetary Control - Manage & optimize annual trade shopper marketing & in-store promoter budget
