Usha International - Sr Manager - Internal Auditor

Looking for smart and dynamic individuals for the position of Internal Audit profile. The role will be responsible for:

- Conducting audit across various locations, warehouses, showrooms, service centers, as per approved plan and timelines.

- Report submission : timely submission of reports to the audit head for onward circulation to the management along with the comments as per the required formats

- Report writing and Analysis : providing timely submission of reports as well as summary or analysis coming out of the same

- Follow up with various locations / branches on the closure of audit observations.

- Work closely with the external auditors, understanding their methodologies and formats. review the reports shared by external auditors, chalk out plans (along with the Internal Audit head) and keep the management informed on the findings as well as action plan (along with its status)

- Coordinate with internal departments on various actions being taken on the agreed action points as per the audits.

- Suggest and support various initiatives to enhance the robustness of the processes based on the gaps observed.

- Provide inputs and validate data on evaluation of commercial, warehouse and incentive schemes across the length and breadth of the country.

- Identify potential risks through own area of influence and suggest action plan to mitigate any foreseen problems.

The role requires high amount of travel (approx 10 days a month). Candidate should be willing to travel across locations.
