Manager Quality

- Product inspection, process control, problem solving at supplier end.

- The candidate should have mass production experience in Appliances like Water Heater, Air Cooler, cook tops , Induction Cooktop etc.

- Defining the complete technical specification, Inspection check sheet, benchmarking and MOC validation to ensure standard quality across all products.

- To facilitate the management team on design/ validate / implement and monitor process standard in order to achieve standardization in manufacturing processes at vendor end.

- Failure analysis and initiating the corrective action for Appliances products customer complaints.

- Warranty Data Analysis, monitoring of field failure, Usage of systematic problem solving, trouble shooting of process defects and failures.

- Develop quality assurance processes and quality systems at vendor end.

- To visit vendor locations for product audit.

- Knowledge of Induction motors used in home appliances, designing and process control parameter in manufacturing.

- Preparing of MIS for review of New Product Development/Mass production activities.

- Shall have good communication and advance excel working knowledge
