3. Translating marketing requirement into design & features

4. Representing government organization for relevant product standards

5. Design and developing new products as per business and customer inputs received.

6. Getting all the material related to the new product development vetted by the stakeholders.

7. Closely working with manufacturing units for development & execution of new products.

8. Looking at all aspects related to designing the new product e.g. Design and development, testing, technical specification, quality standards adherence.

9. Research related to new trends in the marks and look at applicability as per feasibility.

10. Analyzing data, evaluation, report preparation, & documentation.

11. Benchmarking from market standards.

12. Looking at competitor products and performing detailed tear down analysis.

13. Looking at new market trends and products/ features looking at incorporating the same in the organization.
