Usha International - General Manager - LMS - IT Domain

- Leading and facilitating the digitization of the course material for the Online Certificate Courses.

- Head and maintain the SFC LMS (Specific platform selected) for online courses.

- Overlooking the smooth functioning of the LMS platform.

- Close collaboration with in-house IT Team for Implementation of an optimized query resolution system

- Close collaboration with Senior Project Head, Marketing and Digital Marketing departments for course related updates and other required changes to be made to the LMS platform.

- Ensuring maintenance of compliance on all digital platforms for SFC.

- Ideation on innovative solutions to better engage learners on the Digital modules and courses.

- LMS partner management.

- Scoping project requirements and preparation and management of budget for Digital aspects of the project.

- Experience in Digital Project Management with hands on experience on CRM, CMS or LMS platform management. Experience in content development/content management is a must. Experience with Blackboard LMS is a Plus.
